Matt Hribar, CEO and Content Creator

Starvolt Studios CEO Matt Hribar graduated with a B.A. in Communications and Sociology/Criminology from John Carroll University and has an M.A. in Digital Storytelling Communications from Asbury University. 

Matt’s academic background gives him experience in telling stories and in finding stories that deserve being told. Matt has spent a decade understanding audiences, great content, and stories. As a storyteller, he’s been part of international slam poetry teams and sales teams, and has acted as an event host, and emcee for small to large scale events.

Matt professionally works as a producer, actor, event host, professor and creative arts teacher, tour guide, DJ, emcee, and anything fun or interesting in content creation, entertainment, and media. 

He currently is the co-host, and producer for No Sleep Sleepover and Thoughts of The Roundtable. He is additionally the Executive Producer and Head Writer for Non Denominational, a sitcom podcast. 

​He additionally produces and hosts the video series, Pop It! and Hinton vs. Hribar.

Monica Granata, COO

Monica Granta graduated top of her class at John Carroll University with a B.A. in Logistics and Marketing. She currently works as a Consultant at Nitor Partners. Monica's expertise is expansive across finance, budgeting, and overall business acquisition.

​Monica’s blend of business and humanities make her a perfect COO of this young bustling studio company.

Jessica Lockhart,
​Director & Producer

The brightness, initiative, and dedication of Starvolt Studios blends together to form Jessica Lockhart. Jessica’s background in content and videography goes back to her college days when she acted as a student leader and a hard-working student with a B.A. in communications. Jessica demands perfection and is an excellent Director and Producer and has production experience with Sound Lounge and GrannyCart Productions. Jess has also worked in marketing communications with Aramark and HealthCom Media. 

Jessica Lockhart is currently assisting on upcoming production projects happening in 2021, including mixed media, reality shows, podcasts and full-length film development.

Blaze Pratt, Content Developer

Blaze has found a true love of creating content shortly after working for media and entertainment conglomerates in the Cleveland area. Since her introduction, she's been off to the races! Blaze enjoys comedy, self-help, introspection and the mix of all and inbetween. 

Blaze is currently the co-creator, executive producer and executive writer for Non-Denominational, a sitcom podcast. Blaze is additionally working on a reality-show cooking show concept program and is preparing to debut her solo podcast "love, your future self" in January.

Paul Laux, Content Developer

Paul Laux holds an M.A. in Communications and has spent a decade working with Entercom Radio, Rubber City Radio, and the University of Akron. He has skills in broadcasting, communications, content creation, photography, and writing. In today’s world of multi-tasking, there’s no one better suited to act as an Executive Content Devloper than Paul Laux, whose unique blend of hard-hitting skills and knowledge will be beneficial to Starvolt Studios.

Paul currently hosts and executively produces "Thoughts of the Roundtable" with Matt. 


Logan Molnar, Content Developer

Logan Molnar is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in Communication, Media Studies and Journalism. She hopes to someday get her Master of Arts in Communication, and eventually teach college classes part-time. Logan is currently a morning show TV news producer in Cleveland, and her favorite types of segments include entertainment and sports news.

Raina Beutel, Voice Talent and Content Developer

"Young talent, rich voice" is the best way to describe Raina Beutel. She graudated with a B.A. in broadcast journalism from the University of Wisconsin-EAu Claire, and has worked for WEUC, WHYS, WMGN, WQAL and the Wausau Daily Herald, as well as doing freelance voice talent and voice-work.

She truly emphasizes the voice of tomorrow and is expanding her specialties into improv and comedy. She currently helps produce content for "Thoughts of the Roundtable" acts as voice talent for other Starvolt Studios productions.
